Following the North American CSA/UL standard certification of its explosion-proof series electric actuators in 2021, DCL has successfully completed the CSA certification update for its 12VDC-powered electric actuators. This achievement marks another authoritative international recognition of the company's technical strength in the field of low-voltage direct current (DC) fluid control, laying a solid foundation for further expanding its footprint in the North American market.
During this certification update, DCL waterproof series electric actuators with an output torque of up to 100Nm, and its explosion-proof series with an output torque of up to 200Nm, both added 12VDC power supply configurations and successfully passed the certification. This move further enriches and perfects the company's low-voltage DC product portfolio.
The DCL series 12VDC electric actuators feature core advantages such as a compact structure, large output torque, high control precision, and strong anti-interference capabilities. In terms of application, the waterproof series highly aligns with the supporting requirements of photovoltaic (PV) power systems; meanwhile, the explosion-proof series strictly complies with the safety standards for US Class I, Division 1 and Class I, Zone 1 hazardous locations, making it widely applicable in industrial sectors with stringent safety and reliability requirements, such as petroleum, chemical, and natural gas.
